BlueJeans app or browser version doesn't capture any sound when using laptop mic

I'm using a Lenovo X230 with Win10 64-bit. My sound driver is up to date works fine on Skype but when I try using the mic on BlueJeans the mike won't work (even though the option is available) and the audio is so low even though I've maxed it out. I have to connect my headphones to be heard and to hear. Please help.

Exactly the same Issue I am facing while using Skype on my Acer Laptop, Why using a mic on Blue jeans provide bad Audio Effect, Is it By default? I also tried Acer Technical Support, where I Got many useful updates, but my issue not resolved yet.
