BlueJeans App freezes

Today, some users in our company are facing the following issue.

Could you tell us if some failure is occurring in BlueJeans?

 

<Issue>

BlueJeans App freezes when it displays [Select your audio option] and [Your Preview].

Also, it takes a long time to join a meeting even if they can click [Join Meeting] on [Your Preview].

*They tried to join a meeting from [Join Meeting] on a meeting invitation email.

 

<Situation>

Re-install BlueJeans App  ->  No effect

Join from Google Chrome  ->  Successful

Join from iPad  ->  Successful

Join from VC system  ->  Successful

Check if your anti-virus software is causing the issue, either look at the AV logs or temporarily disable AV when you're using the BlueJeans app and see if the issue goes away.  My company's McAfee AV initially would block the BlueJeans app from even running so I can picture it causing other issues.  If AV is causing the issue for you then you would need to white list the BlueJeans .exe app within the company AV policy.  Good Luck.

Joined a conference room and it changed my audio device driver. After that would lock my machine. Rolled back the device driver and it works well again. Odd.
