Bluejeans account - email change

Hi there,
One of my users has been set-up with delegate access to another users Bluejeans account and getting some weird "users is not authorized to make changes" error.

This is the only user that this error is happening with and after some investigation I have found this one user has a different registered email to everyone else - we own the domain but it is not what should be the default.

The problem is when I change it to the correct email address Bluejeans admin portal tells me that her email address is used elsewhere and I cant for the life of me find out where it is

(there is a chance she had an original account with the correct email address but it was deleted - maybe stuck in the system somewhere)

Any pointers would be great
Thank you :)

Update.
Checking the Bluejeans Command Centre > Users - she is not there, yet she is in the Admin > Manage Users section
Not sure if that will help - I am still trying to figure it out
Thank you :)

Hi Mark,

Just a heads up, When an admin deletes the user from the admin portal, The user is removed from the enterprise, however it still remains in the Blue Jeans Database. When the admin removes any user & if he wants the email id to be re-used, he can send a invite to that user (Using Invite user option) to join the group or send us a notification to free the email id so it can be re-used.

Also, we see one of our support representative has reached out to you in this regard. (Case no: 00158987)

Thank you.
