BlueJean Meeting Video Issue?

Hello, I started a meeting with another participant but neither were able to see the other person. My integrated camera would show video of myself but no broadcast for the other person to view? Has anyone ran into this issue before?

We spoke on the phone regarding this issue this morning. Were you able to get this resolved by trying a different network? I'd also recommend calling our support line (408-791-2830) if you are still experiencing this issue.

Hello,

No, Disconnecting from the VPN client did not help. I had the same issues. I am not able to see any other participant who has joined the meeting.
