Blue screen while video conferencing

Hi,

Our colleague has the problem that he gets an blue screen while using BlueJeans.
A customer of use is using this software to work collaboratively on files.

I attached the analysis of the bluescreen dump file.


OS: Windows 7 SP1
Browser: Firefox 37+
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000

Hi Stephan,

Thanks for reaching out on the community. I believe there must be an incompatibility with Blue jeans and that particular collaborative software, possibly on shared ressources.
Best way for us to help you would be to open a support case with the Blue Jeans Support Team. Can you send an email to support@bluejeans.com with all screenshots as well as the name of that collaborative software ? Also, does the bluescreeen happen right at the beginning when joining the meeting or on a particular situation such as screen sharing ?

Once you open you email us, someone will get back to you and we can go from there.
