Blue jeans support rocks!

So today I emailed support with the title "question of the day from me".  I may not be on pace of actually calling or emailing support every day but it feels like it to me.  

95% of my issues are not actually issues they are involving ideas that come to me about how we can use Blue Jeans in a slightly different or new innovative way in my company.

Every time no matter when it is I get an immediate call back or email from the tremendous support team at Blue Jeans.   They are always friendly, informative and helpful.

  • Today, first I get a call 
  • Then we jump in a video chat room and solve my question in five minutes total time.
Thank you Ryan Elder for your help today and the rest of the support team at Blue Jeans for my many other requests.

I am sure I will be calling, emailing or chatting live again soon.   Mike

Cindy, I went to search subjects and find that I have already said "Blue Jeans support rocks!".   Well I guess I must have felt that way 3 months ago.   Still feel that way!  

July 3rd, on a Federal Holiday and I am bored so I decide to ask Blue Jeans support for help on something.   I should have waited until next week as it was not a huge issue.   However, really without thinking about it I put in a support request to fix a very minor thing.

Less than 10 minutes later you are calling me and telling me you fixed it.   Thank you very much for the great support and I hope Blue Jeans is paying you time and half for the holiday and the great support!
