Blue Jeans does not work at all. Cannot enter the conference.

I installed the BJ desktop application and tried to join a conference call, but I always ge the same error message:
"We are experiencing technical difficulties. we apologize for your inconvenience. And when I press the reconnect button, after entering I immediately get disconnected again with the same message. If I click on the details button it says: The BJ video plugin encountered a problem. There is not se4ting or anything that I could try to change and thus I cannot use BJ at all.

The other participants in the conference call kept seeing me entering the conference but then also seeing me leave immediately again. I never got beyond a window showing me the number of participants, before being back to the error message.

Hi there,

I'm using a desktop version on my Mac and I experience the same problem as @Gustavo and @ineu.

I've been using BJ via a corporate account for over a year and have never had this issue.

I'm getting: "The Blue Jeans Video Plugin encountered a problem."
But I don't know whether I can update it, nor where.

These are my machine's specs:
  • OS
  • 10.10.5 (14F2109)
  • Graphics
  • NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M 512 MB
Let's try to work something out, please.
