Blue Jean 1.3.18 not showing shared screens

Hi. I'm using blue Jean desktop 1.30.18. When I join a conference the app opens ok but I'm the only one there and I can't see any shared screens and what the others are seeing. Any Ideas? thank you

To add to this, you will always want to make sure that your application up to date. You can do so when the app is launched by clicking

BlueJeans > Check for Updates


Staying on the latest and greatest will limit possible bugs that could be occurring.

i am on 1.37.19  and have the same problem. it tells me that the screen is being shared by other parties, but I have no way of seeing it.
