I have had BlueJeans installed for approximately 5 months. About a month ago, I began to experience this issue: when I attempt to share my desktop, the app kicks me off the call and crashes. When I rejoin, my "ghost" is still connected and successfully sharing, but I can't control it. Eventually the ghost disconnects and the sharing stops on its own. This happens every time. The only system changes other than regular AV and Windows Updates is a new mouse driver. BJ KB & Google searches have not turned up any similar reported issues or suggested fixes.

I think you can close my case. A recent Windows Update that I hadn't yet installed seems to have remedied the issue.
