Bandwidth control on Primetime

We are having a few issues with some users with limited bandwidth- which is causing broken audio when the video is being streamed.

We either need to step down the quality, but absolutely prioritise audio and presentation and sacrifice video where possible.

Allow moderators to scale down the output quality by bitrate like we can do with other tools.

I essentially have to mute video as a moderator to fix the issue for the few but now all participants cant get the full experience.

HI Ash - we should definitely be prioritizing audio and presentation over video already. If that is not the case at all, that's a bug. At too low a bit rate though nothing will work well. Do you know what the actual bit rate was? Do you have person or event details? Perhaps email me and I'll see what I can find....

Hi Ash,
Also, we have an on prem device to optimize bandwidth required for Primetime, by significantly reducing the number of streams traversing your internet pipe.  If you have interest in this, I'd be happy to setup a call and discuss with you.  Please let me know.

John, sorry for the late reply - the meeting details are in my request for the roster etc - the one you gracefully sent - thank you for that.

Sean, we have no need for an on prem device to optimise bandwidth, thankyou, the issue is mainly with the few that are remote - which we have to adjust the whole meeting experience just for them.
