Auto Refresh of command centre - not staying at "last x days"

When selecting "last x days" it works correctly during that day, but the next day the filter switches to custom and shows the report of the "last x days" but from the time you selected the filter.

I would like to leave it up as a dashboard so having the "last x days" from [today] to be sticky is going to really help.

We are planning on putting it up as part of our monitoring dashboard that gets displayed in our department.

That's a great idea Ash, I might have to steal that idea!

What would be nice as well if the history went back longer than a year, so we could do a comparison of previous years with the current year!

@Ian - you can use the custom date option to go back farther than a year.  You should see histroical information for all of the calls within your enterprise.

Thanks Jason, sorry what I should have said was you can't display more than a year, so I can go back in time, but not show all calls from the beginning of the contract so showing the last 2 years is impossible on 1 screen

@Ian - Do you mean to have them all display on the dashboard or on one screen within the historical calls?
