Audio issues when three or more endpoints are connected

In the past couple of weeks, we have noticed audio problems when connecting to Blue Jeans calls with three or more endpoints. As long as only two endpoints are connected, audio is smooth and problem-free. However, the instant a third endpoint connects to the call, audio dropouts begin, and the volume levels begin to fluctuate. It sounds as though Blue Jeans is doing some echo cancellation but it has gotten out of hand. We lose the first 0.5 to 1 second each time a participant starts to talk, plus additional dropouts throughout the conversation.

This happens with a mix of endpoints, from PC and Mac laptops to Cisco EX desktop units and C40/SX20 room systems.

Anyone else having similar issues?

Hi, for the three way endpoint conference, did you connect them direct and compare the difference?
