app prevents shared calender from updating

I have been having issues with BlueJeans add-in, prevents my shared calendars to update. Once I removed the add-in  everything looked great. I just find this add-in very useful. currently using Wind 10- Outlook

Hello Hilary,

If you are wanting to schedule meetings using the Outlook add-in, what you would want to do is invite the shared calendar to the meeting as an attendee. The reason is that when you attempt to access the shared calendar and schedule a meeting directly on there, the system reads the shared calendar as another user, causing the scheduling to fail.

You can possibly designate the calendar its own BlueJeans account and grant yourself delegation access to that calendar as a workaround. You can review delegate scheduling here:
