Anyone else experiencing audio issues almost every time you join a BlueJeans connection from a PC using both the BlueJeans App and WebRTC?

We had some issues on one call, they were speech drop out and slow to refresh video but when I looked at BJ Command center I could see there was a lot of Jitter from the PC hosting the call between 200 and spikes to 500. I think this is the issue.
