Any experience with getting IX5000 to work with 2 screens / lenses

We are trying to have a conference with someone on an IX5000, however only one of the cameras and screens are working out of the 3.

When we dial into the Cisco CMR bridge it works fine, so im assuming its omse sort of Cisco proprietary stuff, just wanting to know if it is something that can possibly work or we we have to use the cisco bridge for these calls?

thanks

My understanding - IX5000 utilized TIP. BlueJeans does not support TIP due to the proprietary nature "Cisco" protocol.

ahhh makes sense. the IX5000 at least sends the active speaker to the correct camera and sends that to bjn, so its not a complete bust, but it does mean that the IX is only using one of its screens on the receiving end.

I believe Mike is right. Cisco will use a proprietary protocol to separate content on the 3 screens. A bluejeans meeting will only show on the middle screen. I will get in touch with our PM to see where we are at on that.
