Advanced administration - editing other peoples permissions

Can we please increase the abilities of Admins of enterprise accounts.

I would like the ability to modify permissions of recordings on someone else's account.

I would also like the ability to see their pin / reset it.

I am getting an increasing amount of service tickets whereby people are not able to access recordings because the admin hasnt set the permissions correctly OR there is a cache/cookie issue.

either way the issue could be diagnosed much easier if we could set the permissions correctly or at least tell what's wrong immediately.

same with setting the correct pin etc.

Hello Ash,

You are right, only admins will have privileges to modify recording preferences and have immediate visibility on user's meeting ID/moderator passcode.

Admins have the ability to set up Recording Sharing Preferences at the enterprise level. If you, as an admin set up those preference to " Enterprise Access Only " then users will have the option to either keep a recording private or share it within the enterprise. If you  set up preference to "Enterprise and Open Access" then users will have all 3 sharing options available for their recordings: Private, Enterprise only and open access.
So one solution in your case will be to have admins set Recording Sharing Preferences to "Enterprise and Open Access" so users will have all sharing options available.

Only Admins will have privileges when it comes to see and modify personal meeting ID/passcode. I think in your case, you can request Admins to send you their User List. They have the ability to export that as a .cvs file. However, for security purposes, we do not user's moderator passcode.

Hope that helps a little.

currently it is not enough admin control, so while i understand i can set enterprise wide permissions, i am not able to set individual sharing permissions, or the default permission on an individuals account.

I think i cannot see or edit the pin in the console because of our integration with intercall, however it would still be able if i could do this for support purposes.

I understand. I'll raise that request to the team.
