Admin option to disable users' personal meeting ID globally

Hi,

I have been asking this first day of using bluejeans.

Can we setup an admin option to globally "disable users' personal meeting ID"?  From my company standpoint, consistently using the same meeting ID would be a security concern.  Also, the personal meeting is too easy to start such that the descriptions of the personal meeting are usage helpless to identify what is the meeting purpose.

Or alternatively, if the admin can setup the two different default meeting templates, one for personal meeting ID while another for schedule meeting ID.  Thus the admin can mandate the personal meeting ID requiring random participant PIN access each time while scheduled meeting ID can be moderator-less.

Best Regards,
Joseph

Joseph,

Alternate solution is to disallow users to schedule meetings with personal meeting id This can be done by disabling " Enable Scheduling with Personal Meeting ID" from Admin tab. This will disable personal meeting id option which appears while scheduling from web account.

Thank you,

Radhika,

By doing that does not mean you can disable ppl using adhoc personal meeting... particular ppl tend to find the easiest path to trade off the security policy.
