admin access to scheduled meetings

Is there a function or even talks about a function that will allow the Company administrator the ability to view meeting information for all scheduled meetings for all users in their organization?

Example for the need: We have a meeting with management from all offices in our organization in a couple days. Questions were raised about the scheduled time of the meeting and the organizer was not accessible. I started getting calls asking about the meeting but I was not sent an invitation for the meeting so I was unable to assist. A need for this type of feature has risen on more than one occasion in our company.

I agree that admin visibility into all meetings could be helpful, especially in a moderated meeting when the organizer isn't available.

Question: does your org use Google Calendar or Outlook for calendaring? I ask because if you book through your native calendar system, you have some advantages. For example, we use Google Calendar (part of Google Apps for Business). Because we tie some commonly used Blue Jeans meeting IDs to Google Calendars' resources, any Google Apps admin is able to check the reservation status of those resources any time.

I can't comment on the specifics of the Blue Jeans / Outlook integration but I imagine a staff member or Outlook-using customer may have some advice there.

I would find this helpful as well.  I will be the first call when an issue is encountered and I would like to see what is going on (number of attendees, bandwidth, etc.) for all meetings in our organization.  I also would like to manage my own without having to open the browser and logon (when I'm using a room system to connect) to the meeting.  Doing this I need to mute my audio and video on the laptop so I can manage the meeting as an administrator.
