Address Book?

I frequently find myself scheduling meetings with the same group of people over and over again.  Is there a way to edit the address book that Bluejeans thinks it knows for me?  I'd like to establish a clear text name with the email addresses that Bluejeans already thinks it knows (which are a mix of convoluted corporate addresses across several institutions).  But I see no interface for editing that database.

Hi Chad,

Currently we do not have an option to edit the auto filled emails (referred as address book in the post) showing up in the invite participant field at user level.

Too bad; it would be a very useful feature.

In lieu of that is there a way that I can create a new meeting based on the parameters of an old meeting, but (obviously) at a new time?  As far as I can tell, this only seems possible if I originally create the meeting as a recurring event, and then modify the 'recurring' time as needed.

Meetings created as on-offs appear dead, and cannot be interacted with after they are complete.

In short, I'm trying to minimize the time it takes to setup meetings with 6-10 participants, across several different projects (many of the participants are common across projects).  I'm managing about 2 of these calls per day, with frequently changing times each week, and the setup repetition is becoming annoying.

Hi Chad,

If you use Outlook, you can install our add-in to place a meeting ID (scheduled or personal) in your calendar invites. Or gmail. This may be a solution.
