Is it possible to create a "Room" account so when people book our system conference room they can send the BlueJeans invitation right from that room/account?

Shawn, are you signed up with an Enterprise type account where you can add and authenticate your users with their company credentials?

I could see just creating an account where the username and other attributes resembles how you refer to the room. You could then schedule meetings with it.

And even if you're not doing single sign-on with your organization accounts you could create a regular Blue Jeans account that looks like that as well. All depends on how many accounts you available to you to take up with room accounts.

Does that make sense? More coffee for me...

Thanks Craig. Right now I create the account for the user and create their credentials. Their accounts aren't using their AD credentials if that's what you mean by Enterprise account. Is there a difference??

There may be an extra cost associated with it, but yes, your Blue Jeans accounts can be tied back to their AD accounts so they don't need to remember two logins. If you've created users that mimic their existing usernames already though, that could get messy. That would be a support question.
