Shawn, are you signed up with an Enterprise type account where you can add and authenticate your users with their company credentials?
I could see just creating an account where the username and other attributes resembles how you refer to the room. You could then schedule meetings with it.
And even if you're not doing single sign-on with your organization accounts you could create a regular Blue Jeans account that looks like that as well. All depends on how many accounts you available to you to take up with room accounts.
