About the auto update feature

I would like to ask if the auto update feature is in the BlueJeans Windows client and BlueJeans Outlook Add-in ?
Can I disable it during the deployment ?

By default, both the BlueJeans desktop appĀ and the Outlook add-in both feature an auto-update feature. The application's auto-update feature can be disabled on our end through feature enablement. You can review the supported deployment methods for the application here:
For the Outlook add-in, we currently do not have a method for disabling updates that arise. You can view the supported deployment methods for the Outlook add-in here:

For the BlueJeans desktop app, I unable to find the "Disable auto-update feature" from the https://support.bluejeans.com/knowledge/app-large-deployment

May I know which of the registry entry or command can disable the application's auto-update feature ?

Hello Ick,

We do not have an entry or command that disable the auto-update feature. If this is something that your company would like to implement, we would need the request to come from an administrator to disable updates for the BlueJeans desktop app.
