Hi All,

I received one of these room in a box packages today and connected up the NUC and plugged everything in. After starting the machine and the Huddle app started it shows the Code and i open the app on the ipad, I log in to the app on the first page and then enter the code into the app, which then shows a "Oops, Not a valid code" error message.

I tried refreshing the code, restarting the machine but not luck.

Hello William,

What we can do is go through and completely uninstall the Huddle software on the PC. What you will want to do is first uninstall the Huddle program from programs and features, then remove the files in appdata. Here are the details:
  • Programs & Features -> Uninstall 'Huddle'
  • Go to C:\ProgramData\Blue Jeans and delete the 'Huddle' Folder.
  • Go to C:\Users\User Profile\AppData\Local\Blue Jeans and delete the 'Huddle' folder.
You will then want to reinstall the application from the Admin Guide for BlueJeans Rooms:
Once you have the Room app installed, please proceed with pairing process.

Thank you Lee,

I have removed the App and data folders from the machine.

Where is the Windows installer for BlueJeans Rooms located? The links above are for the Ipad and Conf phone :)
